This sunny room is on the 2nd floor of House No. 349.
From the balcony you can see the Sarstein, the Ramsau Mountains and straight ahead  the Krippenstein (Dachstein Mountains).
There is satellite TV with approx. 50 programms and a phone.
The bathroom is fitted out with shower / WC.
On the same floor there is a small kitchenette with fridge.
We often rent the rooms on this floor to big groups or families up to 9 persons.
